KIRKLAND KITCHEN

This contemporary Kirkland home boasts a fabulous view of Lake Washington, but the kitchen and great rooms where everyone congregates were outdated and cramped. REDMOND BATHROOM

Drab and dated, it was time to remodel this home's original 1985 hall bathroom into a unique, contempory space that was more distinctive than an everyday bathroom since it would also serve as the powder room for guests.
